Mode

3 WODs (general Announcement of all WODs on Sunday 14.06.2024)
Athletes have to enter their scores AND videos until 14.07.2024 11:59 PM

Divisions

  • Individual Male / Female (40 / 40 Spots)
  • Masters 35+ Male/Female (10 / 10 Spots) (open to all athletes with date of birth on or before 30.11.1989)
  • Masters 45+ Male/Female (5 / 5 Spots) (open to all athletes with date of birth on or before 30.11.1979)
  • Masters 55+ Male/Female (5 / 5 Spots) (open to all athletes with date of birth on or before 30.11.1969)
  • Teams of 2 Male/Male, Female/Female, Female/Male (40 / 30 / 30 Spots)

There is a separate qualifier and separate WODs for each division. You can register for more than one division if you meet the specific requirements. 

Teams Divisions

TEAMS of 2: MALE/MALE

There is an overall qualifier for Teams of 2 division, depending on your qualification spot, you will added to the following division at the final event:

  • Qualifier Rank 1-20 = Elite
  • Qualifier Rank 21-40 = Intermediate

TEAMS of 2: FEMALE/MALE & FEMALE/FEMALE

There is an overall qualifier for Teams of 2 division, depending on your qualification spot, you will added to the following division at the final event:

  • Qualifier Rank 1-10 = Elite
  • Qualifier Rank 11-30 = Intermediate

Registration Fee

EARLY BIRD until 30.04.2024:
Individuals / Masters: 40€ incl. VAT excl. Circle 21 Fees
Teams of 2: 80€ incl. VAT excl. Circle 21 Fees

REGULAR from 01.05.2024:
Individuals / Masters: 50€ incl. VAT excl. Circle 21 Fees
Teams of 2: 100€ incl. VAT excl. Circle 21 Fees

Wild Cards for the Final Event

There will be NO WildCards for the final event.

Refunds

Austrian Throwdown will not offer any refunds after registration is completed.

Change of Team Members

Within the Teams Divisions there is NO change of team members allowed at any time after registration for the Online Qualifier until the end of the Final Event.

FAQ

Can i enter the online qualification in two or more different divisions?
yes you can, but you have to create a second circle21 account to register for a second division
Do i have to enter a video for my score?

Absolutely. All scores without a video link will not be accepted.

When do i know if i earned a spot in the finals?
after the end of the qualifier period we will review the scores and adjust if necessary. we will publish the temporarily leaderboard after end of qualifier period and start sending out invitations to the final event beginning of August 2024.
I registered for the online qualifier but now i am injured and cannot participate. Is there any refund of the registration fee?

We are sorry, but we cannot offer any refunds of the registration fee.

My team member is injured and cannot enter the qualification. Are we allowed to change a team member?
Yes, you can change teammates (in case of an injury, etc) but you will have to do all the workouts whose scores you submit with the same teammate. After the end of the qualifier period a change of team members is not possible.
Do i enter a summary score for the team or do i enter each score separately?

Each Team Member enters an individual score. The scores will be added in the system. 

I don't see my scores on the leaderboard. When will it be released?Your Title Goes Here

My teammate and I are not in the same country/state/province. Do we have to do the qualifier together?
no, every athlete does all 3 qualifier workouts on his/her own and can enter the scores separately. The system calculates the team score automatically.
Are there any performance limitations for the team divisions?

No, there are no performance restrictions for team divisions. Regarding to your qualification result you will be placed in the corresponding division for the final event.
